Shuttles
On Monday, June 15, immediately following the conclusion of the University Commencement Ceremony, free shuttle buses will transport guests from Autzen Stadium to campus where they will make four stops around campus—Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Frohnmayer Music Building-Beall Hall, and Kincaid Street (for access to Clark Honors College)—and then return to Autzen Stadium. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the day on Monday, June 15. The last shuttle from campus to Autzen will be at 7:00 p.m.
Graduates and guests are strongly encouraged to park at Autzen Stadium and utilize the shuttles to travel to the main campus. Any vehicle parked in an on-campus lot on Monday, June 15, without a valid permit may be cited.
Food Availability at Events:
- During the main University Commencement Ceremony at Autzen Stadium, concession areas in Sections 14 and 29 will have snacks, coffee, and other refreshments available for purchase, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
- Following the main ceremony, only Section 29 concessions will remain open with refreshments, snacks, and hotdogs available for purchase.
- Grad Fest, a celebratory reception following the main ceremony at Autzen Stadium, invites graduates, along with their families and friends, to gather with faculty and peers from their school or college to enjoy refreshments, photo opportunities, and a festive atmosphere to continue the day’s celebration. Additionally, there will be a hospitality lounge in the Ford Alumni Center on campus, sponsored by the Alumni Association, where guests can rest, recharge, and connect.
