Following is the full schedule of ceremonies for schools and colleges to individually recognize their graduates, as well as celebrations for student programs. Nearly all school and college ceremonies take place on Sunday, June 16, or Monday, June 17. Please check the calendar below for specific dates and times, as well as details on how to participate, as most ceremonies typically require graduates to RSVP in advance. Please check with your academic major department for information on how to participate in your ceremony.

Join us for the 2024 Black Grad Celebration at the University of Oregon!
This event celebrates the accomplishments and achievements of those undergraduate, graduate, and law students who are Black, African-American, and/or of the African Diaspora. This ceremony commemorates the hard work and dedication that our Black students have endured to get to this point in history not only at the University of Oregon but in a global society.
This celebration is hosted by Lyllye Reynolds-Parker Black Cultural Center.
Black Grad Celebration will be held on Friday, June 14th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm (PST) with a reception to follow at the LRP Black Cultural Center.
This in-person ceremony will recognize graduates and we will have speakers to honor our graduates.

Join LGBT Education and Support Services (LGBTESS) on Saturday, June 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for UO’s 2024 Lavender Graduation Celebration. All 2SLGBTQIA3+ graduate, undergraduate, or certificate students who are graduating in the 2023-2024 year are invited to join. If you graduating after this ceremony in Summer or Fall 2024, you are also welcome to participate.
Lavender Graduation celebrates the accomplishments and achievements of graduating undergraduate and graduate Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, agender, asexual, aromantic, non-binary, pansexual, same-gender-loving, and all members of the 2SLGBTQIA3+ community. This ceremony is celebrated by colleges and universities across the country for nearly 30 years and will include recognition of graduates, announcement and presentation of award winners, and a distinguished keynote speaker.
Graduates must RSVP (for themselves and their guests) by May 23rd at 11:59pm to be included in the ceremony and program.

Staff from the University of Oregon Alumni Association (UOAA) will be onsite with fun activities including photo opportunities with the large green and yellow "O" and lawn games. The EMU also includes places to sit and relax and expanded food service venues.
